archimania, an award-winning architecture firm in Memphis, needed a marketing director who fit with its unique studio culture, and a plan to communicate effectively about the firm’s highly acclaimed design work and signature projects. Collaborating with the two principals, I helped the firm identify and hire the right person, and worked closely with her as she learned her job, built internal credibility, and mapped marketing and communication strategy, including a robust social media and publicity plan. At the end of my engagement, the marketing team had expanded to two professionals who will continue to advocate for great design, build the firm’s national profile, and drive business.
