Communications and Marketing
This century-old law firm occupies a unique and storied place in the Memphis legal community, but wanted to get attention for the many accomplishments of their partners and clients as well as develop a more strategic business development plan. I was called in to assist the Marketing Director, working on business development and communications plans for various partners, updating and transferring the website to a more workable host platform, and pitching compelling stories and guest columns that emphasize the firm’s expertise to local and national legal media outlets. When the Marketing Director departed, I worked directly with the firm’s leadership to develop marketing and communications priorities, support different practice groups’ business development goals and manage the attorneys’ many awards and recognitions.
