The new Executive Director of this foundation that supports a renowned orthopedic practice knew she needed a clearer message and updated communications tools to do the best job explaining the work of the foundation to potential surgical residents, donors and patients. She called on me to partner with a local advertising agency to develop new messaging and branding for a rebuilt website – including an effective new tag line — along with developing and writing new web content to serve her strategic goals. Once the new site was launched, I continued to help tell stories of the foundation’s work to be used in regular donor communications as well as to support fundraising events.
